Father’s Day

On Sunday I did Junior Park Run and then Mummy, Daddy and I went walking to a place called Nicky Nook. It’s a hill with a weird white stone on the top, which Dad called a trig point. Apparently it tells everyone how high a place is – not sure how.

In case you missed it, it was Father’s Day on Sunday. Mummy and Daddy invited Grandad and Nana out for lunch. A few days later my cousin Nick called to see if he could come to see Nana and Grandad and so ended up coming with us.

I hadn’t seen Nick for a while, so it was nice to see him again although he got me in trouble. He did that trick that I always fall for. You know the one. He points at my shirt and says “You’ve spilt something!” and when I look down he flicks the end of my nose. Why do I always forget and look down? Anyway I decided to try it on everyone else but by the 25th time people were getting fed up with me! I went back and sat next to Nick and had a cuddle, so everything was alright then. I love Nick. He’s almost as much fun as Uncle David’s dogs.

Grandad said he went to see a load of dead smart cars on Sunday morning. There are some pictures HERE
