O Lord won’t you buy me a Mercedes Benz

Not by any means my favourite Porsche, but it comes in a gift set with a 918 Spyder so a bargain buy! Winter is coming so I’m back to nerdy, trainspottery type stuff to keep me occupied. With limited display space, something will have to give way, probably one of the early attempts which were a bit duff really!

Interesting Notes

I used to think that the line in Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams was ‘Standing on your mama’s Porsche’, which I thought was a bit impolite.

Also the eagle eyed ex-tablers out there might notice in the picture an Area 8 Rally Diamond Jubilee plate which we still use as a handy recepticle for used tea bags!
