Walk Like a Man

Since the Walking Weekend at the very end of August, I’ve found it really hard to get back to the level of walking I was doing before. I went up to Stocks Reservoir the weekend after the Wales trip and really struggled to do a walk that, previously, I would have expected to do easily. Finally, after a few weeks of strolls around Lytham, I went out today feeling good.

It may not sound much, but 6.2 miles in 2hrs 2mins was pretty good for me, and I got back feeling OK too.

I’m chuffed!

My little Lancia Delta S4 has been keeping me busy recently, so I haven’t had time to post. I have to say that things are not going well. I suspect it’s a combination of my ineptitude and the fact that the model is not particularly well made and the instructions leave a bit to be…
